Fun facts: Night vision

Red foxes can see much better than humans at night! They also have a strong sense of hearing. They can hear a mouse squeaking more than 300 feet away

Some owls’ eyes fill over one half their skull.

Owls can rotate their necks 270 degrees, allowing them to see all around.

Snakes can see during the day, but their vision is dependent on the movement of prey. They ignore any prey that is completely motionless.

The great white shark has strong night vision, but it also finds prey with its amazing sense of smell.
